英國創意經濟大師、《創意經濟》一書的作者 John Howkins，應 Chili Consulting 之邀，將於四月14、15日旋風式訪台。我們為他安排了一連串的拜訪行程，其中最酷的一場、也是唯一一場公開的活動，就是於14日下午舉辦的 Chili Party。

Chili Party 是為創意產業的創業家所舉辦的交流聚會。我們希望透過輕鬆的派對形式，讓台灣的新銳藝術家與創業家們，有機會與 John Howkins 進行面對面的討論。John Howkins 有豐富的媒體產業經驗，對於智慧財產權的運用，以及創意產業的政策發展，有非常獨到的觀點。今年 (2009) 3月，他出版另一本新書 Creative Ecologies，相信又將為我們帶來新的思考。

討論主題：從英國經驗，國際趨勢，來看如何為創意產業找出可行的商業模式。
